Terms & Condition

By booking and using a vehicle from Skyhigh Car Rental Goa, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Timings

The rental period is calculated from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Kindly note that we do not follow a 24-hour rental system.

2. State Borders

Customers are strictly prohibited from taking the rental vehicle outside the state of Goa. Crossing state borders without prior written approval is not permitted.

3. Restricted Areas

Driving on beaches, sandy areas, riverbeds, waterlogged roads, or any restricted zones is strictly prohibited. Heavy penalties and damage charges will be imposed for any violations.

4. Booking Procedures

  • Rentals are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Bookings should be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
  • The minimum rental period is 2 days.
  • An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Booking confirmation will be provided only after receipt of the advance amount.

5. Customer Identification

  • Customers must provide a valid Government-issued Photo ID.
  • A valid Driving License is mandatory.
  • A copy/photo of the Driving License must be submitted before vehicle delivery.
  • Original identification may be verified for security purposes.
  • One valid identity proof may be retained by the company for security purposes and will be returned upon completion of the rental period, subject to vehicle return and clearance of all dues.

6. Vehicle Inspection

  • A video recording of the vehicle will be made at the time of delivery to document its condition.
  • Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected and compared with the delivery video.
  • Any new damages, scratches, dents, stains, or missing accessories will be charged accordingly to ensure complete transparency.

7. Pickup & Drop-off

Airport, railway station, hotel, and other location pickups/drop-offs are available at an additional charge. Customers are requested to inquire about applicable rates before booking.

8. Fuel Policy

  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of delivery.
  • If the fuel level is lower, fuel charges will be deducted accordingly.
  • If the pickup and drop-off locations differ, customers must confirm the required fuel level with our staff.
  • Excess fuel remaining in the vehicle at the time of return is non-refundable.

9. Traffic Violations & Challans

All traffic fines, parking penalties, toll charges, e-challans, and legal violations incurred during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the customer and will be recovered from the security deposit if necessary.

10. Insurance & Accidents

  • All vehicles are insured as per applicable regulations.
  • In case of an accident, the customer must immediately inform Skyhigh Car Rental Goa and the local authorities.
  • Damages caused due to negligence, drunk driving, rash driving, or violation of rental terms may not be covered under insurance and will be chargeable to the customer.

11. Late Return Charges

Vehicles returned after the agreed rental period may attract additional charges. Any extension must be approved in advance and is subject to vehicle availability.

12. Unauthorized Usage

The customer shall not:

  • Allow any unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.
  • Use the vehicle for racing, stunts, competitions, or commercial purposes.
  • Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Carry prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials.

13. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is mandatory and will be returned after vehicle inspection, subject to deductions for damages, fines, fuel shortages, cleaning charges, or other liabilities.

14. GPS Tracking

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices for safety, security, and operational purposes.

15. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before pickup: 90% refund.
  • Cancellation 3–7 days before pickup: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 72 hours of pickup: No refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

16. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
